I scan them for a grid I use to keep things organized. I can't seem to upload it on the blog but here it is on flickr.

Projects here. Projects there. Projects, projects everywhere! I love it! I often refer to my method of creating as a ping-pong method - bouncing here and there through the game. Looks like you do similar.
