ReplyDeleteFirst Blush is the pretties collection I've seen in a long time. The fabrics are perfect for sewing baby and toddler items and that's exactly what I'd do with them! Baby quilts, toys, totes, bibs and play mats would be such fun to sew!

I just love this quilt. It reminds me of omthe one my godmother had on my bed for me as a child and I always felt "home" when i walked in and set my little bag down and lay down on the bed and run my fingers over the quilt. They look so much alike.

The table toppers is lovely - The fabrics have that antique country style I love but are much more vibrant. But I need to comment on the snazzy, colorful bottoms worn by the floor model! So bold and bright,too. Great choice!

ReplyDeleteSo often, the addition of another block to a quilt design more than doubles the effectiveness of the pattern, it is an exponential increase in effect! Some quilty math: 1x1=1, 2x2=4, 3x3 = 9. That is what happens when you increase the complexity of the design of a quilt. And you chose a very effective combination: two relatively straightforward blocks create a magnificent quilt.
