Fat Quarterly Aurifil Thread Challenge Review

    Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! You do excellent work! It was such a nice review at the Fat Quarterly. I have a pack of Auriful thread that I haven't had the guts to break into! It seems like such nice thread and I am afraid I wouldn't do it justice!

    Oh I love this little quilt! Can you just use those thicker threads in a regular sewing machine or do you need an embroidery machine? I had no idea!

    I thought I'd answer here too. I just used my regular machine. It sewed great. I used a 100/14 needle for the 12 wt. thread with no problems at all! Thanks!
