The very wonderful Fat Quarter Shop has offered not 1 but 2 California Girl Jelly Rolls to giveaway!!! Isn't that awesome of them?!
If you have been reading my blog for a while, you know that I love Joanna Figueroa and Fig Tree Quilts. There is not one of her fabric lines that I didn't love. California Girl is no exception!
The colors are so fresh. I love the soft feminine feel of this line. Don't you?! Can't you see a Granny Squares quilt made with this and some creamy white fabric?! That's what I would make :)
I'm really excited to be able to pick 2 winners (using random number generator)! Leave a comment telling me what you would make with a Jelly Roll of California Girl (a quilt for me, just kidding). I'll announce the winner next Monday 4/23.

Oh so many possibilities. I did a lone star quilt with a jelly roll once and would love to do that again. Please count me in :o)

These fabrics would make a perfectly beautiful quilt to keep at my Mom's cabin at the lake. Beautiful summer colours for a quilt to cozy up under in the cool of the evening.
I have some other fabric that I would combine with this to make this awesome round cushion pattern for rolie polies I saw on the living with punks blog!
I would definitely use the excuse to make a granny square quilt
I would make a log cabin or a granny square quilt as I have totally fallen in love with this block. Log cabin is my favorite block and would look so great with colors in this collection.

I have just made a comfort quilt for a friend with a charm pack and some yardage of this range and I love it. Granny squares would be so beautiful in this range. I would definitely keep that one for myself though.
Beautiful & so sweet is this fabric! I'm getting ready to start a quilt for my niece who will be turning 4...I'm debating between a tube pattern I saw that looked so fresh & pretty the name might be "summer time in the park"?? Or.....a disappearing 9 patch?? or..... there are so many on my list & I do love pinwheels! Thanks for a great giveaway!
